Effective Youth Diversion Services

Let us help you keep kids in school and on the path to graduation. We know that the role of schools is to educate its students. We all also know that not every child starts out the same level playing field. Many students face significant challenges in their personal lives that they bring with them into the classroom.

We have developed successful strategies that address three critical primary areas that threaten student/school success and graduation rates: attendance, behavior, and academic performance.

Learn how we successfully used our local juvenile assessment team to identify needs that affect these 3 areas and how we identified evidence- and research-based programs that have proven successful. We will share our wrap-around approach that provides a continuum of services, with dramatic effects on attendance, behavior and academic performance.

Additional topics of discussion include:

  • Truancy prevention
  • Diversion from arrest
  • Diversion from the juvenile/criminal justice system and other forms of placement
